1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the platform 60win, available at https://60win.express, including all its Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, slots, and other features made available to the user.

By registering, accessing, or using any service provided by 60win, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each game type. 3 User Account

By registering on the 60win, you create a personal, non-transferable account. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account.

Users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and whenever requested by the platform. Providing false or outdated information may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and potential legal consequences.

The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's failure to protect their credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

A 60win accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix — preferred method, instant and available 24 hours a day;
• Boleto bancário — cleared within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — digital payment platforms;
• TED Transfer — from Brazil's major banks, including Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount on the 60win is R$ 20.00. The platform does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by card issuers or financial institutions are the user's responsibility.

All deposits must be made from bank accounts, cards, and digital wallets registered in the name of the 60win account holder. Deposits from third parties are not permitted and may result in funds being held pending verification of their origin.

5 Withdrawals

The preferred withdrawal method on the 60win is the Pix, with processing in under 5 minutes in the vast majority of cases, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00.

To request a withdrawal, the user must go to the withdrawal section in their account area, enter the desired amount, and provide the destination Pix key registered in their name. The 60win may request identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time requests.

The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 48 hours for security and compliance checks. In exceptional circumstances involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the Terms, this period may be extended until the investigation is complete.

• Withdrawals via boleto bancário may take 2 to 5 business days;
• TED transfers follow banking hours and are processed within 1 business day;
• 60win does not charge any fees on withdrawals made via Pix;
• Users are responsible for providing correct banking details — withdrawals sent to incorrect accounts provided by the user will not be reversed by the platform.

6 Sports Betting

Live bets are subject to broadcast delays. The 60win is not liable for bets placed based on information from live streams that are delayed relative to the actual event.
